What is the bug?
The cypress integration tests in 02-edit.spec.jsand in 04-download.spec.js seem flaky.

How can one reproduce the bug?

  • This usually occurs when network on instances have latency for loading dashboards URL

What is the expected behavior?
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

What is your host/environment?

  • OS 2.3

Do you have any screenshots?
Cypress -- Download from Report definition details page -- after all hook (failed)
