Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

1. Add Ec2/ECS repository-s3 tests which get skipped post integration with AWS S3. Proposal. Add separate task to run Ec2/ECS integration tests.

  1. Use GCP end-points for repository-gcp integration tests to exercise actual integration with GCP cloud.
  2. Enable repository-azure tests using actual azure storage.

Blocked on GCP account setup before turning on integration tests using actual gcp storage. Removing 2.1.0 for now.
