Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

When running gradle check for opensearch repo, we can also generate test coverage report and upload them to CodeCov.

Describe the solution you'd like

Using this ./gradlew check -Dtests.coverage=true --no-daemon --no-scan we can generate coverage report and using script something similar to this:

TOKEN=
curl -Os https://uploader.codecov.io/v0.1.0_4653/linux/codecov
chmod +x codecov
./codecov -t ${TOKEN} -f "codeCoverageReport.xml"

we can upload it to codecov. We need to hide actual TOKEN value in above script

Describe alternatives you've considered

[Triage] This can be part of this PR #2166. We will move this issue to OpenSearch repo then.
