We would like to add @tandonks, @shiv0408 and @soosinha to MAINTAINERS.md and CODEOWNERS.md of opensearch plugin repos opensearch-index-management and opensearch_index_management_dashboards so that they can approve PRs and merge code into the main branch.

Additional information to support your request

We have received upvotes (including myself) from existing maintainers of opensearch ISM and ISM dashboard repositories to add @tandonks, @shiv0408 and @soosinha as the maintainers of these repositories. These repositories currently have too few maintainers and require more active maintainers to maintain health of repositories and for further contributions. They have read the contribution guidelines and maintainer responsibilities. They have been contributing to OpenSearch and/or ISM directly or indirectly and we believe that they will be a valuable addition to these projects.

When does this request need to be completed?

This is not an urgent request. 7-10 business days is fine.
