As a newcomer to the openscd project, I would like to count on contributing documentation such as a guide on how to add bug reports, ask for features, communicate with the community in the slack channel, schedule of meetings and how to join them, etc...

The only mention to this kind of documentation is here https://github.com/openscd/open-scd?tab=readme-ov-file#contributing

Acceptance criteria:

  1. The contributing documentation is included in a section of the Documentation website
  2. It includes a link to the the Glossary doc
