Write the project application

Before we can run research code against a secure backend (#3), we need to write and submit a project application. It may be:

• a new project application
• the existing project application for OpenSAFELY Feedback (3574)

It's likely that we will need assistance from the IG Team to decide whether to write/submit a new/the existing project application. For more information, see the IG Clinic document.
