Subject: [PATCH] Adjusts MethdNameCasing name and description (#292)

* Adjusts MethdNameCasing name and description

To hopefully be clearer as to what it does. Based on feedback from
the following issue: https://github.com/openrewrite/rewrite/issues/4180

* Update src/main/java/org/openrewrite/staticanalysis/MethodNameCasing.java
