Extracted the list on bom weekly

xmlstarlet sel -N pom="http://maven.apache.org/POM/4.0.0" -t -m "/pom:project/pom:dependencyManagement/pom:dependencies/pom:dependency" -v "concat(pom:groupId, ':', pom:artifactId)" -n pom.xml | sort

Would be greate to have a action similar to https://github.com/openrewrite/rewrite-maven-plugin/blob/main/.github/workflows/bump-snapshots.yml doing this command too update the list regularly. Typically the bom gets released every Friday
