Implement Message API ที่ทำหน้าที่คุยกับ Line Group

  • ชื่อ project podd-line-messaging
  • แยก implement ออกมาจาก podd-api เนื่องจาก podd-api depend บน outdated python

Minimize ผลกระทบของ notification เดิม (ที่เคยแจ้งผ่าน line-notify)

Notification logic เดิม

  • ของเดิมจะใช้วิธีการใส่ notification_authority.to ด้วยค่า line:เทศบาลตำบลแสนไห:TOKEN
  • system ทำการสร้าง message ใน notifications_notification โดยมี to เป็น notify-api TOKEN และ anonymous_send = 3

การปรับเปลี่ยน

  • ปรับโปรแกรมจากเดิมที่เคยส่งไปยัง notify-api เปลี่ยนไปใช้ message api โดย check ที่วันที่ cut-off ใน settings
  • ปรับให้ส่งต่อไปยัง PoddLineNotificationService แทน

กรณี อปท. ใหม่

  • ให้ config notification_authority.to ด้วยค่า line:เทศบาลตำบลแสนไห:nofi
