local setup:

# install and start PostgreSQL:
brew install postgresql
brew services start postgresql

# create the postgresql database:
createdb disclosure-alert
createdb disclosure-alert_test

# install ruby
# We recommend doing it with rbenv, there are instructions here:
# https://github.com/rbenv/rbenv#homebrew-on-macos
# After installing rbenv:
rbenv install         # <- this installs ruby

# install ruby dependencies:
gem install bundler
bundle install

# initialize the database
bin/rails db:schema:load

# run the server!!

# view the email rendering in-browser:

# then: go to this URL:
