CSRF Error When Running Behind HAProxy #18

Hello,

This is an expected error. When I try to access the web UI with HAProxy I receive:

Forbidden (403)
CSRF verification failed. Request aborted

I guess it needs a CSRF_TRUSTED_ORIGINS in the docker-compose file so we can pass trusted origins into Django. Probably this is a feature request?
