[BOM] Provide explanation why the 'producer' can't be displayed for line items with removed permissions #402

What is the need / problem?

#10363 and #10421 are about empty fields in the bulk order management (BOM). If a producer removed the permission of a hub to add its products to an order cycle, the 'producer' field will be empty in the list. This is irritating because no reason seems obvious. It would help to display a short note like 'permissions removed' or similar instead.

Which type of users does this problem affect (and how many, if known)?

  • Hub Managers (MCFEs)
  • Instance Managers

Potential solutions that will solve the problem

Instead of leaving blank, add a little note in the field: permissions removed.

Pretty sure a papercut, though if there are other reasons producer is hidden this would be bigger.
Significant time writing specs.
Needs to be timeboxed as papercut.
