Desktop and Mobile: "jumps" in the UI, when editing shipping methods/tracking info (Backoffice orders)

Description

As a hub admin and while editing an order with plenty of items, clicking the "pencil" to edit shipping method or tracking info makes the display "jump" (scrolls up) to the top of the page.

Expected Behavior

The field being edited should remain visible, after clicking it.

Actual Behaviour

Editing a field below a long list of items makes a visible and confusing "jump" upwards - see video.

Steps to Reproduce

1. As an admin, edit order with plenty of items
2. Try to edit the shipping method or tracking info of that order
3. See the display "jump" when you click the pencil button; after scrolling down, click the "check" or "cancel" button - this shoots you up again :-)

• Operating System and version (desktop or mobile): observed in both Desktop and Mobile - Ubuntu 20.04

Possible Fix

Maybe a good first issue? I'm not sure.
