Upgrade geocoder to v1.5 (or 1.4?).
This was raised by dependabot in #2738 but it will require work to validate and fix some issues detected.
This is not the top priority right now on our backlog.

I tag this good first issue as, although this is not an easy task, it should be super cool for someone interested in the geocoding topic.

geocoder was upgraded to 1.5 as part of the upgrade to rails 4.
