Add shipment state to OC customer totals report

Description

- As a: enterprise admin or super admin
- On page: /admin/reports/orders_and_fulfillment/order_cycle_customer_totals
- I want to be able to do:

See 1 additional columns available for selection: shipment state.

Shipment state can be pending, ready, shipped (others?)

Acceptance Criteria & Tests

1. Login as admin
2. See that 1 new column is available on this report and is hidden (unselected) by default
3. Check the data are correct

Repeat as superadmin
