• The Scoville scale is a measurement of the pungency (spicy heat) of chili peppers—or other spicy foods as reported in Scoville heat units (SHU), a function of capsaicin concentration.

Hi. I am new to open source contributions and would like to work on this.

It's not easy to tell what would be the best way to support that, while it would be relatively easy to add the scale to the nutrients, it may not make a lot of sense to add more non nutrient things to it, especially things that concern few products.

Removing the "good first issue" label. Maybe a candidate to support for the folksonomy project.
