Add graphic charter to style guide #120

There is already a useful “style guide” page showing all components for web designers.

This page should:

Be consolidated with some titles and a minimal introductory description for its usage.
Be cleaned up to remove redundant components.
Display a graphic charter as its first section (recommended logo usage, padding, colour palette, fonts…).

Following our discussion on this, I share my notes here.

The page will be called "media" and will be accessible by a link in footer.
It will allow you to view and download the logo in its various versions, to know the color codes, fonts, icons and any other elements that could facilitate the creation of communication support. The rules of use of these elements will be described.
