I reinstall system and got the latest version of parity.
running in normal mode (without any keys) is good.
running with keys "--chain classic" writes the next:
0 best block 0/0/25 peers
and There are no balances associated with this account on my wallet
what i'm doing wrong?

It seems all ethereum classic bootnodes are down.

Try to manually add nodes, pass their enode URI into --reserved-peers:

Type this in a terminal of your choice. From --help:

  --reserved-peers FILE          Provide a file containing enodes, one per line.
                                 These nodes will always have a reserved slot on top
                                 of the normal maximum peers. (default: None)

Just create a textfile with the enodes somewhere and point --reserved-peers to/the/file.txt. You could also override the bootnodes:

  --bootnodes NODES              Override the bootnodes from our chain. NODES should
                                 be comma-delimited enodes. (default: None)

If you tell me details about your operating system used, I could add more details.

but now parity makes my comp useless iron ))) 98% CPU usage
