"As a course author or instructor in Studio, when I import a course from another instance, I want to make sure that the tags/taxonomies are imported correctly"

Needs UX design

When importing a course from another instance, we know the names of the taxonomies and their tags, but we need to prompt the user to match them to taxonomies on the current instance.

e.g. "The course you just imported contained tags, but manual input is required to match the tags to your taxonomies. Click here to match them or ignore this to skip importing the tags"

Match taxonomies:

  1. Taxonomy "Difficulty Level" - select which taxonomy to use: [dropdown with all available taxonomies as well as "Don't import these tags"]

Cancelling this story - new plan is to use "Export ID" #183 for alignment.
