As a course author, when I have a component in my clipboard that I have copied from a Library, I want to be able to paste it into my course using the same paste workflow that already exists.
Assumptions:
Just like when I reuse Library content via the library block flow (see New component tile for "Library Content" in Add new component to unit workflow #1335), when Library content is pulled into a course, it remains connected to the Library so that future updates can be synced. Users are not prompted to choose whether to maintain the connection or not; rather, the connection is in place by default.
When an update is made to the content in the library, the corresponding sync page in the course where the content is used is also updated, and users can accept or reject the sync [see epic 8 for more details]
Users can opt to disconnect the content from the library for good via the sync page. [see epic 8 for more details].
Once the component has been pasted into my course, it displays with the Library icon so that I can easily tell it has been sourced from a Library. #1338

I'm seeing the same issue reported here and here - when I copied a problem from a library that was built using the new editor, and then when I paste it into a course, the editor in the course reverts to the legacy editor. Two screenshots below, the component in the library and in the course.
