Election results CSV results in file not found

The Election results entry at https://opendataphilly.org/datasets/election-results/ has a broken link for the CSV

Also, from looking at the last pull request it looks like we are progressively losing historic data and we've recently gone from "2002 to present" to "2017 to present". I'm wondering if it wouldn't make sense to archive the historic data in another location.
