Badge not creating on completion of steps

Hello,

I have learndash integration with my badges os. It has been working just fine, up until today where a learner completed a course and the badge did not produce. I tested various things to try and determine the issue, such as completing other courses and seeing if those badges trigger (they didn't), are all website plugins updated, is it the front end display, etc

Steps to Reproduce

1.set up badge, to trigger on completion of learndash course
all standard settings, including baking etc.
2. complete course

Actual result:
Badge does not trigger

Expected result:
badge should trigger (popup + appearing in badge page)
