should cityjs have cli for creating, editing event or user will need just manually edit json configs?

I guess that at least basic event boilerplate should be generated.

cityjs add event

will generate in /events folder event_name.json

{
"name":"event name",
//"date":""
...
}

damn - you can't use comments in json.
but that could be solved I guess
