No English localization with 24h date time format (only am/pm)

Opencast 14 allowed to use en-gb to have an english ui and 24h time format. This may have been a bug in OC before, but it was also a very nice feature! A time format which starts counting with 12 o'clock and has a MM/DD/YYYY-date format isn't ideal for everyone. ;)

Can we have an 24h date format + YYYY-MM-DD + english translation, please?
(And maybe display the currently selected language somewhere, i.e. next to/ or instead of the language selector icon?)

As you said, this was hard coded with the translation strings. I'm not sure if the new Admin UI uses these translations anymore, but IMO this should be read from the browser/OS settings.
