You've added this device to src/libambit/libambit.c and I just pulled a merge request #46 that adds it to the udev rules file. Anything else that needs to be done in order to close this?

I have build latest src/libambit from source and it has recognized Ambit 2R and also syncs data between comp and watch. Seems work fine.

yup. I have confirmed that my ubuntu 14.04 recognized ambit2 r. so far so good.
