OBS VM runs extremely slow on KVM no matter what CPU chosen

Describe the solution you'd like

Have qemu-guest-agent come pre-installed on the ISO

Describe alternatives you've considered

have a collection of vm agents installed, ready to run

Additional context

this is 2024, VMs are obiquitous
