Invalid toast in Savings Account Summary page when no internet connectivity

Summary:
After disconnecting from the internet invalid toast message is shown Failed To Fetch SavingsAccount.

Steps to reproduce:

• Step1- search for any saving account on the dashboard page.
• Step2- when the result is shown disconnect the device from the internet.
• Step3- now click on any saving account and observe the toast.

Expected behaviour:
A proper message describing the issue must be displayed for example No internet connection for no internet connectivity case.

Observed behaviour:
When we disconnect the device from internet after loading search result of the savings account on the dashboard then savings account summary page shows an incorrect toast of Failed To Fetch SavingsAccount which instead should display No internet connection.

Device and Android version:

• Device: Gionee-S6
• Android Version: M(Marshmallow) - 6.0
