• How to create custom trace, metric and log Marshalers previously WithTracesMarshalers, WithMetricsMarshalers, WithLogsMarshalers are exported which let us create custom Marshalers but with code check api [checkapi] Make sure all components follow the API guidance #26304 issue its removed in [exporter/kafka] do not expose method #27583

• Have option to create custom kafka exporter

Actual Result

• Failing to create custom exporter because there isn't a way to create kafka exporter factory as input for type FactoryOption func(factory *kafkaExporterFactory) is not exported

The idea is to use encoding extensions. You can create your own encoding extension, and register it against the component. Support for encoding extensions has not landed for the kafkaexporter yet.
