[Feature] provide docker image of mmdeploy in aliyun

Motivation

only docker pull can we use mmdeploy docker image

docker pull registry.cn-shanghai.aliyuncs.com/vansin/mmyolo:v0.0.5

docker run --gpus all --shm-size=8g -it --name mmdeploy_mmyolo registry.cn-shanghai.aliyuncs.com/vansin/mmyolo:v0.0.5

cd mmyolo
sh deploy.sh

We are not going to do it. The biggest problem is the docker image is very large. #420
