JSON export are outdated (release date from 2016 and main is 82 commits ahead)

To get the data in JSON, one need to go to https://github.com/open-dict-data/ipa-dict/releases/
To get the latest release to https://github.com/open-dict-data/ipa-dict/releases/latest
This gives files in JSON and other formats.
But the last release dates from 2016 and now main is 82 commits ahead, many work has been added.
Maybe there is something I don't see.
And there is nothing in the repo with scripts how to make a release (the code that generates JSON and other formats based on the raw .txt data).
Therefore:

• Can we schedule releases more often ?
• Can the release maker add code to make a release ? Probably @dohliam ?
