What causes rebuilding wheel files on "pip install"

Compiling pypartmc takes a fair amount of time. Would you consider releasing wheel files so that installation is fast? We use this action in musica to release our python library

We do release wheel files on pypi.org: https://pypi.org/project/PyPartMC/#files
If "pip install" triggers compilation, it means that the Python version, OS or hardware is not supported by these wheels. Could you please try figuring out which of these is not supported in your case? It then should be a matter of adding the needed platform to our CI workflow, and it will be automatically included in the PyPI upload with the next release. Thanks

@slayoo I think the actual issue is that #368 is the version of PyPartMC being used. I think if this gets cleaned up and merged, this all resolves itself (assuming that @K20shores is meeting the criteria on the Python, OS and hardware side of things).

Possibly, I just realized we are using an old docker image. I'll be able to update that soon and then confirm if this is an issue or not on the specific platforms we are using

So it's a dockerfile that I'm trying to build which compiles pypartmc. I'm on an m1 mac, so it may not be worth tracking this down because it's likely a mix of docker and mac foolishness. That said, the build fails. Not entirely sure why. I'll have to pick this up next week though. Here's the dockerfile I'm working on in the meantime
