During the OONI Partner Training, participants mentioned that they were surprised to learn that they didn't need to install specific apps (e.g. Psiphon, WhatsApp) in order to run OONI Probe tests that measure apps (such as the Psiphon test).

We should therefore make improvements to the UX/copy of the app to clarify this.
