During the OONI Partner Training 2021, participants mentioned that a lot of people use a system language that is not their preference (due to a host of reasons). They therefore proposed that we add support for in-app language selection, so that OONI Probe app users can more easily choose the language that they would like their OONI Probe to be in.

I believe this is already implemented in OONI Probe Desktop, so it's mainly a question of doing this on OONI Probe Mobile.
