During the OONI Partner Training 2021, participants mentioned that once they find that something is blocked via the OONI Probe app, their inevitable question/feeling is: "OK, now what?"

This has been raised by community members many times in the past as well.

Participants mentioned that once something is found blocked via OONI Probe, perhaps we could point users to OONI Explorer and other next steps.

They mentioned that it would be great to provide an easy way to compare their results with other OONI Probe results from their country and around the world (this was also mentioned here: #1930). They mentioned we could say "This is also blocked for others... And this is what you can do...".
