During the OONI Partner Training 2021, participants mentioned that when they filter results based on tested websites, it would be useful to be able to view what category of websites those are.

@sarathms @hellais I have bumped up the priority of this ticket to high because this is a requirement for showing relevant measurements on the MAT.

For example, when I filter based on the LGBT category code in the MAT (https://explorer.ooni.org/experimental/mat?test_name=web_connectivity&category_code=LGBT&since=2022-01-24&until=2022-02-24&axis_x=measurement_start_day) and I click on Show web_connectivity measurements for 2022-02-12 (83,805), I get generic Web Connectivity measurements, instead of measuring specifically pertaining to the testing of LGBT websites. This makes it extremely hard to discover which LGBT websites presented anomalies on the MAT.

This requires backend work and is not actually a requirement for the MAT.
