Since commit de66f7adb263e92cf7f6ed0ba6dd1d56ffa836f4
 links shown in LLM answer are not clickable anymore.

Example answer is (copy-paste) :

[Open article](https://www.medscape.com/viewarticle/nirsevimab-reduces-risk-severe-rsv-among-american-indian-and-2024a1000mfc)

Open article appears as a clickable link but nothing appends when clicking on it (firefox on mac, or android).
