I would like to ask questions in the chat like "what Jira issues are related to ABC-123?" or "summarized ABC-123". This rarely works currently. The response is usually "There is no information available regarding ABC-123 in the provided documents." When it works I assume it is because the ticket is linked in the content of another ticket, but I haven't verified that assumption. I would like to see a solution that works all the time.
In my local environment, I changed the connector to set the Document title to the key, instead of letting it default to the semantic_identifier. This worked and now when I ask questions about a specific ticket, it can locate that document. I don't fully understand the tradeoffs of making this change. It probably means that you can't search on the ticket summary, but are there other tradeoffs?
