Add option to print which test suites/cases are run

It would be nice to have options to enable output which test cases are running (similar to the -s option) and also show whether they passed or failed.

something like a compact streaming reporter - it will be done someday - I think reporters (xml, compact, etc.) are the next thing I will focus on :)
