Implement a credits scene for OpenOMF to run after CREDITS.BK

OpenOMF has been a long time in the making, and we've had a lot of help to get this far. We should make sure people get credit.

I'm going to draft up some proposed credits, in the theme of the current CREDITS.BK, so we can build a scene that contains them. I am going to order them by contributions.
