Once #3 and #4 are in place, use the Docker container to build the fonts and add a cipublish script that creates a ZIP file of the latest TTF and publishes to GitHub automatically, ever time there is a change to the fonts in master.

We have https://travis-ci.org/omenad/fonts, but since the build script runs no tests, only generates output files, and the Travis environment is potentially read only (need to confirm this), builds are failing. We should reconsider whether this makes sense for this project (without a test script) at all.
