create command with no recipents causes an out of bounds runtime error #122

Seems like there is no error check if you run trousseu create with no recipients. I get an out of bounds panic. Can be solved by checking for recipient args after the create command in cmd/trousseu/commands.go. Would you like me to try and fix this?
