Problem when ingesting external data

If you ingest the same data (external source from Google Sheets) more than one time, the ODE only shows one file in the sidebar.

As with local files, the ODE should add the file as many times as the user ingests it. The process, in this sense, should be the one that we apply to regular files. For example

• List of schools - First uploading process.

• List of schools(1) - Second uploading process.
