"Proposals" on Dashboard overflows container & screen on PWA/mobile

Problem

The content of the "Proposals" section on the Dashboard overflows and is not fully visible. (This also happens in "Archived Proposals".)

In portrait orientation, this means it is very difficult to "vote no":

The issue persists in landscape orientation:

This happens with PWA & mobile browser, and on both the Dashboard and Archived Proposals.

Solution

1. Regardless of overflow/wrap of any other proposal content, the "vote yes" and "vote no" buttons should fit inside their card and be visible and tappable.
2. Ensure any other content also fits inside the card.
