Hi,

I have been using powerline-naked theme for a while and having this issue. I just understood that activating was the trigger, or at least one of the possible trigger, that breaks the line wrapping.
NOTE: I only confirmed the issue on a windows computer using WSL, I will also check at home on my ubuntu computer.

When I do exec bash, the line wrapping does not work as before

From similar issues I found, it seems to be related to ANSI escape characters not being properly closed, but I was not able to confirm it as of now. I will have a look at it and report my findings here.
