State, District, related info are not being prefilled in the patient details update page

the update patients page is not pre-filling, patients state,district, etc... from the dropdown, can you fix it, it exist in develop also

It is generally fixing the autofill from pin code in create patient page. I will look into it and will fix in the same PR.
