Update Facility Button Not working

Describe the bug

1. Update Facility Button Not working

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Facility
2. Click on Update Facility from the Actions Menu
3. Click on Update Facility Button
4. The button will not work

Expected behavior
The form should be submitted to the backend and we should get success message.

This is due to organization information not populating on the form - that will be solved in #9648
