Add Overlapping schedule session creation warning

We are allowing users to create overlapping session scheduling, that is prone to making mistake of accidental overlapping during data entry

Describe the solution you'd like

Add an acknowledge pop-up upon submission of session creation, warning user, "we have detected overlapping session , are you sure you want to proceed with it"
