Describe the bug
The placeholder text in the search field is not fully visible on smaller screen sizes. This seems to be a responsiveness issue where the text gets cut off due to limited field width.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'dashboard then choose Your Facilities'
2. Select user
3. Notice Placeholder Text Not Fully Visible in Search Field on Smaller Screens in search field

Expected behavior
The placeholder text should adjust responsively to ensure full visibility on all screen sizes without truncation.
