Support for Linux and other unconsidered operating systems for launching the application designer

While implementing the starter task for the contribution phase of the outreachy 2024 cohort, contributors were required to design custom forms to be rendered in ODK-X Surveys and custom views to be rendered in ODK-X Tables.

This directly implied the need to download, launch and use the ODK-X Application Designer to achieve the goal of the task.

It was notice that on the version available for download on production doesn't cater for Linux and other non-windows and non-Mac operating systems. Hence this issue aims at addressing that by providing

• Support for Linux distributions
• Support for unconsidered OS distributions
