Describe the bug
Scheduled messages aren't being sent. I've just discovered a dozen scheduled messages from the last month that were never sent.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Compose message
Tap ⨁ and select Schedule Message
Pick date & time
Send
RESULT: Message is never sent. No errors messages provided.

Smartphone (please complete the following information):

Device: 2020 Moto G Power
OS: Android 11
QUIK 4.0.7
